Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all coaching, mentoring, and self-development services provided by Ekaterina Brooks (“Heart Roar”) to any individual or organization and constitute the agreement for the services offered.

The term coaching or mentoring as used here includes personal, spiritual, and confidence mentoring, self-development work, and meditative coaching sessions.

By purchasing or booking any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

Purpose of Services

All sessions, materials, and communication (email, video, or otherwise) provided by Heart Roar are intended to support personal growth, emotional awareness, and alignment with one’s inner truth.
These services are not a substitute for professional mental health, psychiatric, or medical treatment.

Disclaimer

By engaging in sessions with Ekaterina Brooks (Heart Roar), you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You understand that coaching and mentoring services are designed for personal and spiritual growth and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any psychological or medical condition.

  • You acknowledge that Heart Roar does not function as a mental health therapist, licensed counselor, psychologist, or medical professional.

  • You are fully responsible for your own well-being during and after the sessions, including all choices and actions you take.

  • You understand that coaching is part of an unregulated industry, and Ekaterina Brooks is not licensed by any state or formal regulatory organization.

  • All insights, reflections, and techniques offered are for the purpose of supporting your growth and self-awareness. No specific results (including but not limited to emotional healing, financial improvement, or career advancement) can be guaranteed.

  • You understand that personal transformation is an individual process and depends on your openness, effort, and willingness to apply the work outside of sessions.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

All information shared in sessions is treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your written consent, except in the following cases:

  • If there is reason to believe that you or another person is in danger of harm.

  • If there is disclosure of child, elder, or dependent adult abuse.

  • If disclosure is required by law or a court order.

Your privacy is respected in all communications. However, please note that the use of digital communication platforms (email, Zoom, WhatsApp, etc.) carries inherent risks regarding confidentiality and data security.

Session Format

Sessions are conducted online via Zoom or another mutually agreed-upon platform.
Each session lasts approximately 75 minutes, unless otherwise stated in your selected package.
Ekaterina will make every reasonable effort to ensure availability at agreed times and maintain a stable, private environment for your sessions.

Session Fees and Payments

Current fees are listed on the Heart Roar website and may vary by package or service type.

  1. Fees are payable in advance at the time of booking through the integrated Squarespace payment system (powered by Stripe or PayPal).

  2. If payment has not been received before the scheduled session, Heart Roar reserves the right to withhold the session until payment is complete.

  3. Prices are subject to change; however, pre-paid sessions will be honored at the rate at which they were purchased.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

  1. Pre-paid sessions or packages are valid for the time period specified at purchase (e.g., 6 or 10 weeks).
    Missed or unused sessions within that time frame are forfeited.

  2. Refunds will be issued only if sessions have not been used and are requested within seven (7) days of purchase.

  3. In rare cases where Heart Roar must reschedule or cancel, reasonable notice will be given, and alternative times will be offered.

Between Sessions

You may contact Ekaterina Brooks between sessions for brief clarification or administrative matters (e.g., scheduling, payment issues). Extended support or guidance outside of sessions is not included unless otherwise stated in your package.

Termination of Services

In exceptional circumstances (including illness, inappropriate behavior, conflict of interest, or other ethical concerns), Heart Roar reserves the right to terminate services early.
In such cases, you will be notified and refunded for any unused pre-paid sessions.

Liability Waiver

By participating in coaching or mentoring with Heart Roar, you agree to release and hold harmless Ekaterina Brooks, her representatives, and any successors from all claims or liabilities arising from your participation in sessions.
You acknowledge that you engage in these services voluntarily and are solely responsible for your choices and actions.

Variation of Terms

Heart Roar reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to fees, refund policies, and session structures, at any time.
Clients will receive notice of any significant updates at least seven (7) days in advance.
Continued participation after changes have been communicated will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
